Customs & Taxes
You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering from Nicotinos, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders to countries other than Sweden may incur excise duties, customs duties and additional fees imposed by the destination country. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to such excise duties, customs duties and additional fees, which are usually imposed when the order reaches your country. All fees for packages that are held in customs are the responsibility of you as the customer; we cannot control these fees or predict what they may be. Customs regulations vary greatly between countries; please contact your local customs office for further information. In cases where customs use special procedures, delays in addition to our estimated delivery times may occur.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, place a new order and return the other product for a refund.
Claim
Do you need to claim a product? Send an email to info@nicotinos.com. Attach a picture along with your order number and a brief description, and we will help you further.
Return
We offer you 30 days of free returns. The product must be in its original condition.
- Package the goods in suitable packaging, preferably the one you received the product in.
- Attach the return label on the outside of the package. No return form is necessary as the information we need is on the sticker.
- Leave the return with the carrier specified on the return label. See specific instructions for the carrier below.
- When we have received your return, we will refund you. It may take up to 10 business days before your return is registered.
