Terrible customer service. You email asking for an update as it has been over a month, they respond with nothing helpful or useful. I received an email saying they’d be in contact with the useless shipping company they use & that they’d be completing a refund as this whole customer experience has been a joke.. now they won’t respond & just ghost you.

I'd just like to offer a few small suggestions for improvement:
- Add the ability to edit your cart during checkout.
- Add a discount for larger orders.
- Overall, fix the discount system.
